Dr. Pretli graduated from the Indiana University School of Optometry in 2001 and has had the privilege to practice in both California and Michigan before moving to Texas. Our eyecare practice offers state of the art refractive services as well as Optos Retinal Imaging technology all in the name of offering extraordinary patient care. We practice with industry leading Electronic Medical Records and offer the convenience of online appointment scheduling to help provide outstanding customer service. But most important its the people that you will work with. Our staff is committed to providing that convenient, trusted, experience that you can be comfortable bringing your family to.
Meet the Doctors
Dr. Dung Le

Dr. Dung Viet Le was born and raised in Vietnam. Before coming to the United States with his family, he earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy in 2013. Starting his new life in America, he recognized his passion for serving the community as an eye care professional. He studied Biology at The University of Texas at San Antonio and then completed his Doctorate of Optometry at the University of the Incarnate Word Rosenberg School of Optometry.
San Antonio has been Dr. Le’s home since he moved to the US. He is proud to be a Texan and pleased to serve Texans. In his free time, he enjoys playing soccer, travelling as well as exploring different cultures, history, and foods from all around the world.
Dr. Kaitlin Siojo
Bandera Pointe
Dr. Kaitlin Siojo earned her optometry degree from the University of Incarnate Word Rosenberg School of Optometry, graduating with Cum Laude. She was a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society. During her time in school, she gained experience rotating through a wide variety of specialty clinics. She spent time in Plano, Texas at a practice focusing on neuro-optometric rehabilitation and pediatric eye care. Following that, she was at Fort Sam Houston providing care for active and retired military focusing on primary care and management of ocular diseases. Kaitlin was born and raised in San Antonio and is excited to be practicing in the community she grew up in. In her free time she likes to travel, run, and spend time with her dog Bailey.
Dr. Fatme Elsayed

Dr. Fatme Elsayed completed her Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry. She graduated from the University of Michigan where she received a Bachelors of Science in Biology and Psychology.
Dr. Elsayed feels passionate about providing the best quality care to her patients and being a productive member of the community.
She is an avid coffee lover and always on the search for a new cafe and brew! In her free time, she is starting to dabble into photography to captures life’s smallest and most beautiful moments.
Dr. Jeffrey Draper
Quarry Village
Dr. Draper completed his optometry degree from the University of the
Incarnate Word’s Rosenberg School of Optometry. Born and raised in
Raleigh, North Carolina, Dr. Draper received his bachelors in science in
Environmental studies and Chemistry minor at the University of North
Carolina at Wilmington in 2007. Dr. Draper has experience practicing in
both private practice optometry and corporate settings since 2015. His
office provides routine vision care, medical eye exams, diabetic eye
exams, contact lens fittings, and Optomap retinal imaging. Dr. Draper
is proud to provide compassionate eye care to San Antonio. His major
interests are in contact lenses, ocular pathology and refractive
surgery.
In his spare time, Dr. Draper enjoys jogging, traveling, volunteering,
sports, and spending time with family.
